Privacy
hollandenterprises.app is a private site for Holland Enterprises staff and the companies invited to bid on its work.
What the site holds
- Trade Directory: business contact details for subcontractors, vendors and suppliers: company names, trades, work phone numbers and email addresses, business addresses and working notes.
- Bid Center: bid packages and the correspondence with the companies invited to price them.
- Knowledge: the company's written procedures and reference notes.
Who can see it
Only people with a staff account created by Holland Enterprises. Nothing here is sold or shared with third parties.
Invited bidders
The bidder portal is a private link sent to one person at one company (it looks like /b/…). A bidder sees only their own invitation, documents and messages, never another company's bid or contact details.
Connected assistants
A staff member can connect an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. It can read this information and, where that person is allowed to, add directory entries on their behalf. It cannot delete records, and it needs a staff sign-in or a key issued by Holland Enterprises.
